From single parts to economical series production

The PICOdue EVO is one of the most versatile CNC cycle lathes in the COMEV program. It was developed for users who need high machining performance, flexible workpiece dimensions, and easy operation in one machine.

The dialog-driven COMEV control supports the operator in quickly creating programs. High-resolution electronic handwheels are available for setup work and individual machining.

Different spindle heights, turning lengths, and spindle designs allow for precise adaptation of the machine to the respective manufacturing task.

The naturally aged machine bed features hardened upper and lower guides that are precision-ground in a clamping.

Ground and hand-scraped guide surfaces as well as an additional dovetail mount allow the use of different tool holders and turrets.

Central high-pressure lubrication

A multi-point distribution system with metering valves supplies ball screw drives and guides evenly and reduces contamination by coolant.
