Handy Series
The MCM HANDY is a rugged and compact conventional lathe, built with a solid cast iron frame for maximum stability and durability. Offering center heights from 250 to 360 mm, 16 (or 15) finely adjustable spindle speed levels, and a powerful 7.5 kW motor (optionally upgradeable to 11 kW), it is designed to handle demanding machining tasks with ease. With its precision guideways, a wide range of eed and threading options, and a user-friendly tailstock quill featuring a Morse taper 5, the MCM HANDY is the perfect choice for flexible, efficient production of small to medium batch sizes.
TC Heavy Series
The lathe offers a monolithic construction with variable speeds from 6 to 800 rpm, ideal for machining large workpieces up to 5000 kg. With a center height of up to 600 mm and a maximum swing over bed of 1200 mm, it is perfect for demanding industrial applications.
TC Heavy Big Bore Series
The MCM TC HEAVY BIG BORE is a conventional heavy-duty lathe designed for machining large-diameter workpieces. It offers center heights from 380 mm to 625 mm, a swing over bed of up to 1250 mm, and a distance between centers of up to 6000 mm. With spindle bores of 132 mm or 155 mm, a main drive power of up to 30 kW, and a robust machine bed, it is ideal for demanding heavy industry applications.
